Travel Etiquette for People of All Nationalities

I always really enjoy articles on travel etiquette, and the one I came across this morning in USA Today is no different.  It amazes me to read through the actions that are considered rude in other countries and marvel at the near-misses I may have already avoided.  Of course, the flip side is that I cringe at the offenses I have already committed.  Don't wave to friends with an open palm in Greece?!  I probably ticked off countless people when I was there in 2001!
